Sanne Vaassen
Sanne Vaassen is an artist whose work delves into the essence of reality and perception. She explores alternative perspectives by dismantling and reassembling objects, challenging their conventional meaning in society. Her art captures the impermanence of time and the ever-evolving human-landscape relationship, influenced by politics, economics, and religion. Vaassen also delves into the interplay between language and behavior, unearthing hidden aspects of communication and symbolism through tangible representations. Her art invites viewers to question established structures and behaviors that often go unquestioned, offering fresh insights into the fabric of our reality.
