Studio Pallesh
Studio Pallesh is an Amsterdam-based architecture firm run by Richard Proudley and Milad Pallesh. The firm’s work is centered around the themes of layering, hospitality, and materiality, with a belief in the craft of architecture and a commitment to creating homes for everyone.The studio strives for precise craftsmanship, aesthetics and a deep-rooted understanding of sustainability and construction. Their work focuses on different scale levels: from metropolitan interventions in Amsterdam to the emerging (social) housing task in the surrounding municipalities.

Richard Proudley (1987) graduated in 2019 from the Academie van Bouwkunst Amsterdam (AHK) with a MA in Architecture. Since then, he has worked for various reputable firms. In 2020 he joined Studio Pallesh, and in 2023 he became a partner of the studio. In addition to his work, Proudley has been a guest lecturer at the AHK since 2018.
Milad Pallesh (1987) graduated in 2015 from the Academie van Bouwkunst Amsterdam (AHK) with a MA in Architecture. His plan for “Pairi Dæza” won the public prize and first prize in Archiprix in 2016. After working with various collaborators, he founded Studio Pallesh in 2020. In addition to his work in the studio, Pallesh is a guest lecturer at the AHK.
