Unfair is an artist-first organisation. Since our founding, we have collaborated with over 650 artists across more than 70 events. These collaborations form the backbone of our organisation and offer our visitors — collectors, viewers, and professionals —  a unique perspective on contemporary visual art. Currently, we are working towards UNFAIR26, the upcoming edition of our four-day art fair, taking place at De Gashouder in September 2026.

– 4 days a week (full-time leading up to our events)
– office based in Amsterdam

As a content & communications intern, you will work closely with the rest of the team on a wide range of activities, from campaign strategy and social media to partnerships and content production with artists.
