Unfair is an artist-first organization. Since our founding, we have collaborated with over 650 artists across more than 70 events. These collaborations form the backbone of our organization and offer our visitors — collectors, viewers, and professionals —  a unique perspective on contemporary visual art. Currently, we are working towards UNFAIR26, the upcoming edition of our four-day art fair, taking place at De Gashouder in September 2026.

Are you interested in contemporary art and events, and looking for a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at a cultural organisation? Unfair is looking for a motivated, organised, and creative individual to join our team.

DETAILS

– starting in March/April 2026
– 6 months
– 4 days a week (full-time leading up to our events)
– office based in Amsterdam

As a Programme & Production Intern, you will work closely with the rest of the team on a wide range of activities, including artist and partner relations, programme coordination, and event logistics.
