Müge Yılmaz (1985) werd geboren in Turkije en is nu gevestigd in Amsterdam, Nederland. Ze deed een artist-in-residence aan de Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten in Amsterdam in 2014 en in 2016 aan het Asia Culture Center. Haar werk is tentoongesteld op kunstlocaties zoals De APPEL in Amsterdam, Art Rotterdam, Kunstfort Vijfhuizen en Kunst im Tunnel in Düsseldorf.
