Igor Schiller
Igor Schiller's artistic practice has evolved to encompass childhood as a recurring theme. The artist blurs the lines between memory and real life, creating campy fictions that reflect a sometimes dark and eerie reality. His work is theatrical and spatial, with a focus on atmosphere, and draws inspiration from his Balkan upbringing, tradition, and culture. Schiller's world is one big playground for new memories and fantasies, where past and present, memory and fact, no longer have clear boundaries.
