Erika Peucelle
Erika Peucelle is a painter whose work explores everyday experience, intimacy, and how identity is shaped through images and the act of looking. She often begins with photographs taken casually on a phone or small digital camera, which she then translates into paintings focusing on youth culture and banal, everyday moments. Her visual language moves between looseness and precision, offering stillness and inviting a pause against the backdrop of the endless scroll of images.
